The Root Stimulator & Plant Starter Solution 4-10-3 is a concentrated product that must be diluted with water before use, according to the following rates: 3 ½ Tablespoons per gallon of water, 1 Pint in 9 ½ gallons of water, 1 Quart in 19 gallons of water, or 1 Gallon in 76 gallons of water.

This product is designed to be used every time you plant trees, shrubs, roses, annuals, and perennials to stimulate early root formation and stronger root development. It helps reduce transplant shock and promotes greener, more vigorous plants.

For Flowers, Shrubs & Trees, use from 1-8 pints of the diluted solution per plant, depending on the size. For example, use 1 pint on Mums, Geraniums, and other annual flowers, 3 pints per Rose bush and Camellia, and 1 gallon per plant for larger than 4-foot plants (trees and large shrubs). Pour the diluted solution over the soil as the roots are being covered, ensuring that the roots are wet with the solution, and then wet the soil around the plants with water after planting.

For House Plants, use ½ cup of the diluted solution per quart of soil (a 6-inch pot holds approximately 1 quart). Use the root stimulator when seeding or transplanting to stimulate early root formation and development.

This product is perfect for transplants, vegetables, fruit trees, berries, flowers, trees, shrubs, and ornamentals. The active ingredient is Indole-3-butyric acid, a plant hormone used to initiate root formation. The 4-10-3 fertilizer contains 4% nitrogen, 10% phosphate, and 3% potash.
