Lawn Food Plus Iron 28-4-4 is a turf fertilizer that contains Phosphates and Iron, providing the high Nitrogen and Iron required for deep green, thick lawns. This product can be applied with a drop or broadcast (rotary) spreader, and for best results, it should be applied evenly and uniformly over the turfgrass (lawn) area, avoiding streaking, skips, or overlaps. Water immediately after application.

The coverage of this product is 5,000 sq. ft. It is recommended to make no more than 2 applications per year in northern Florida. The application rate is 4.0 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. It is important to avoid applying the product near water, storm drains, or drainage ditches, and it should not be applied if heavy rain is expected. The product should be applied only to the lawn/garden, and any product that lands in the driveway, sidewalk, or street should be swept back onto the lawn/garden.
